One of the most meaningful moments in the journey of Careers Decode Blueprint was the opportunity to personally present the book to Mr. Subhash Chandra Garg.
Known for his distinguished contributions to India’s financial and administrative landscape, Mr. Garg’s journey reflects decades of leadership, public service, policy-making, and global institutional experience. Meeting a personality of such stature was not only an honour, but also a deeply enriching experience for both of us as authors.
During the interaction, we had the privilege of discussing careers, education, evolving opportunities for Indian youth, entrepreneurship, governance, and the importance of preparing the next generation for a rapidly changing world. His perspectives carried the depth of experience and clarity that comes from years of serving at the highest levels of national and international institutions.

As part of the continuing journey of Careers Decode Blueprint, I had the privilege of visiting the National Institute for Career Service (NICS), Noida, functioning under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India.

It was an enriching experience to engage with officers and professionals dedicated towards strengthening India’s career services and employment framework. Where Purpose Meets Knowledge — A Meaningful Journey Across Coforge Public Libraries 📚
Some moments in an author’s journey quietly become far more than milestones — they become affirmations of purpose.
It was a deeply meaningful experience to visit both the Coforge Public Library locations in Noida and Gurugram along with my sister and co-author, Richa Dahiya, and witness spaces thoughtfully created to democratize access to knowledge, learning, and intellectual growth.
Established as part of Coforge’s broader social impact initiative, the libraries reflect a vision that goes beyond infrastructure — a vision rooted in empowering communities through education, awareness, and lifelong learning. These libraries are designed not merely as reading spaces, but as inclusive intellectual ecosystems where students, professionals, young learners, and curious minds can access quality resources irrespective of background.
The Coforge Public Library, Noida, with its modern infrastructure, extensive reading resources, and commitment towards community learning, stands as an inspiring example of how institutions can contribute meaningfully towards social and intellectual development.
Similarly, the Gurugram library, spread across a thoughtfully designed and intellectually vibrant environment, reflects how contemporary infrastructure can beautifully coexist with the timeless pursuit of knowledge. With thousands of physical books and access to a vast range of digital resources, it creates a space where reflection, awareness, and lifelong learning naturally thrive.
What makes these initiatives especially admirable is the spirit behind them — the belief that access to knowledge has the power to transform lives, shape informed societies, and create long-term social impact. In an era driven by speed and distraction, such thoughtfully curated public learning spaces quietly nurture focus, awareness, intellectual curiosity, and meaningful growth.
It gives me immense satisfaction to share that our book, Careers Decode Blueprint — Designing Paths, Building Futures, is now a part of these enriching knowledge ecosystems.
